How do I find my nail sizes?

You can order a Sizing Kit, for the most accurate fit, or snap photos of your nails with a dime next to each finger and attach them to your order. Visit our Sizing Guide for step-by-step instructions!

How many nails come in a set?

Each set includes ten custom-sized nails. Be sure to add your nail tip sizes or measurements in the ‘Order Special Instructions’ box, on the cart page, before checkout.

What comes in the package?

Your ordered set of ten custom nails, plus an application kit with a mini nail file, mini nail buffer, cuticle pusher, tip adhesive tabs, alcohol prep wipe, and nail scrubber brush.

How do I apply my Feral Claws nails?

Each set comes with an application kit and instructions. You can use the included adhesive tabs for a quick 1-2 week wear or nail glue (sold separately) for up to 2-3 weeks. See our Application/Removal Guide for details!

Can I apply my Feral Claws tips with gel?

Nope, please don’t! My press-on tips aren’t designed for gel application—most aren’t clear, so the gel won’t cure fully, which can irritate your skin and cause contact dermatitis. Stick to the included adhesive tabs or nail glue for a safe, secure fit. See our Application/Removal Guide for step-by-step instructions!

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders take 5-14 days to process before shipping. I hand-paint every Feral Claws set myself—I’m a one-woman show!

How long are shipping times?

Shipping times vary by location and your chosen method at checkout:

• USA: 3-8 business days
• International: 12+ business days (may vary by country)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship to many countries worldwide, with rates varying by location. For orders placed in the U.S., shipping is free on orders of $50 or more!

Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?

Due to the custom and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check your order and nail sizes before purchasing. Report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt via the Contact page.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes! If they’re still in good shape after removal, gently buff the back of each nail to remove old glue and reapply using your preferred method. See our Application/Removal Guide for tips!

What if I don’t include my nail sizes?

If sizes aren’t provided in the ‘Order Special Instructions’ box, or sizing photos haven't been sent, I’ll email you to request them. I’ll wait for your sizes before starting your order—reply within 5 days to keep things moving!

Can I choose my nail shape and length?

Yes! When ordering a set or Sizing Kit, select your preferred shape and length (e.g., Almond-Short). Options may vary based on stock—check product listings for availability.

What do I do if my package is lost?

Once your package is with the carrier, I can’t control delays or losses. If you provided the correct address, please contact me first via the Contact page, then reach out to the carrier (e.g., USPS for U.S. orders) if needed.
